- Very good location, 2 minutes from the U-Bahn (then 2 stops to the Old Town) or a 12-15 minute walk. - Excellent, strong Wi-Fi. - Rooms were spacious with a very comfortable bed. - Breakfast was very good. Good set up and range of items. - Bar and Sauna an added bonus. - Staff: Best thing about this hotel from start to finish. Terrific advance communications, helpful advice to assist the late arrival of our large group. Then excellent service from all staff - but especially Sharif on our arrival and both Alicia on Friday and Mr. Jarzabek on Saturday and Sunday. Service was exceptional, and our group felt very welcomed throughout our stay.

The hotel staff were friendly! The room size was perfect and the location was amazing. No issues whatsoever with the hotel or anything at all. We arrived on New Years Eve and the staff showed us around and gave us all the best places to visit. Parking was not an issue either althought it is first come first served. The distance from neighbouring cities was great, we travelled to Cologne, Amsterdam, Luxembourg and Belgium whilst staying in Dusselfdorf as the hotel was in the centre and all the countries were 2 hours away! Will definitely visit again!

The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent. It is very close to supermarkets/restaurants, the shopping area, and the metro and train stations. There was a kettle in the room, a mug, a spoon and tea and sugar, which was also excellent. The room was in general clean.

Excellent location, located in the city center close to restaurants and shops and a bus and train station. There is no air conditioner in the room, there is only heating, the bed is not comfortable, the room is clean and spacious, the staff are good and nice
